This place is amazing. The facility is clean and equipped to provide great therapy services. The doctors and the staff are very knowledgeable a down to earth. No condescending doctor's orders here. I was accurately and expediently diagnosed and a plan was set into action to start my path to recovery. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your questions are answered and that you are comfortable during your therapy recovery. My last visit to my PCP I had mentioned that I left his recommended place of therapy do to neglect and not working with the claim insurance. I informed him of my move to Comprehensive Accident and Injury Center and how much better my experience has been along with progress and a plan. My PCP took down the information and plans to send patients there in the future after hearing complaints from patients about the other local options. I just had a followup appointment on 1/30/2024 and I still can say enough about this place and the services here. You are not just a number or a patient. You are greeted and treated like family. This staff knows exactly what they are doing. *

They are flexible with schedules, and make sure the program fits your needs. I went in with an auto accident injury and severe pain. I’m now graduated from his program and am able to finally enjoy life again. I want to emphasize the family-like care that I received from everyone and I highly suggest anyone looking to recover from an injury or accident to give Dr. Jack a try. *

Jason my doctor has been excellent. The therapist, what can I say, they are all great, friendly, professional, funny and treated me with much respect and care. I have to say when I got there I could not lift my rt arm and could not sleep, the neck pain was awful. When an auto accident is not a person's fault, there are steps to take to have the treatment covered by the responsible party or their insurance. The initial step is to file a personal injury claim with an attorney, which may result in a medical lien against the responsible party. According to the American Bar Association, "you have a negligence claim in a 'fault' state if you are injured by a driver who failed to exercise reasonable care because drivers have a duty to exercise reasonable care anytime they are on the road" (americanbar.org, 2016).
Typically, an attorney will facilitate the medical lien and work with the responsible party's insurance company to negotiate the amount covered. Essentially, a medical lien enables the injured person of the auto accident to have their medical care paid for by the other person's auto insurance. Also, medical liens allow the injured person to seek immediate medical attention without waiting months to receive their benefits.
